Welcome to the 2024 Fall Tackle Football (Pop Warner) Registration with South Charlotte Recreation Association!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

PAYMENT POLICY: Online payment is expected at time of registration. Unpaid registrations will be automatically moved to the waitlist after 2 days. Your spot is not guaranteed unless the association receives payment.                          

 

IMPORTANT UPDATE - READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

Current Planned Teams for 2024 Season:

  • 7U (for 5, 6 and 7 year olds)
  • 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U and 12U
  • Potentially 13U (separate registration for interest in 13U team)

A child's age on July 31 is his/her age for the season.

Teams will be primarily based with players at the age of the division (example: 10U will be 10 year olds).

7U, 8U and 13U there will be 1 team at each level.

9U, 10U, 11U and 12U there will be a team classified as COMPETITIVE and a team classified as DEVELOPMENTAL. 

  • COMPETITIVE TEAMS - Will play anyone, be open to travel, are primarily made up of experienced returning players and the families of these players are 100% dedicated to football as their main fall sport.
  • DEVELOPMENTAL TEAMS - Will generally be paired against other similar experienced teams in our league, are made up of first year football players that are new to contact and players that may also be playing another sport that may conflict with football practices and games.

Team Formation Information

A decision on if 7U/Tiny Mite will be a weighted division (35 lbs - 80lbs) will be announced in May - if it is weighted then 7 year olds that cannot make weight will be placed on the 8U team.

Note for ALL PLAYERS - There is no guarantee in returning to your team/coach from the previous season.
